After arriving in Bucharest, we drive to the gorgeous mountain town of Sinaia where we try our first Romanian dessert Papanași! Known as the Romanian donut, papanasi are like a donut and covered in a sweet cheese sauce with fresh fruit preserves. This is only the beginning of our first impressions of Romanian food so stay tuned for more!

Then we visit Peleș Castle, which is known as one of the most beautiful castles in Romania and Europe! While at the castle, we explore the inside and the gardens of the luxurious home of King Carol I of Romania. Afterwards, we continue our road trip to the stunning town of Brașov.
