ANJA BUKOVEC – VIOLIN PLAYER

Anja Bukovec is international renown and most popular classical violinist in Slovenia. She is a
superb musician and popular media personality with a unique quality that propels her to the top of the contemporary progressive young artists, with a recognizable style, unique interpretation, and communication with the audience. She had been raising the figure of cultural ambassador by studying in Ljubljana, Prague, Cologne, and Vienna. She performs as a soloist in different genres and fascinates audiences all over the world.

Her records, Gemini, Follow and Chameleon have appeared on the top of the popular charts and are best sellers among the Slovenian classical records.

Anja has been collaborating with respectable musical personalities, such as Igor Ozim, Janez Maticic, En Shao, Alan Buribayev, Timothy Redmond, Uros Lajovic, Marko Letonja, Anton Nanut, Boris Cavazza, multiple BAFTA awardwinner Christopher Gunning and top pop/rock artists such as Die Fantastichen 4, Marla Glen, Marque, Jeff Healey. She regularly collaborates with important Slovenian cultural personalities, actors and musicians from a broad cultural specter. She is a recipient of the» Important works of Art« award, the highest artistic title given by the University of Ljubljana. She is currently Assist. Prof.at the Academy of Music of the University of Ljubljana. Due to her achievements, she was nominated for »Slovenian of the year« and had an honor to perform exclusively for former President of Slovenia Mr.Danilo Tuerk, current President of Slovenia Mr.Borut Pahor, former President of European Parliament Mr.Martin Schultz, High Representative of EU for Foreign Affairs Mrs.Federica Mogherini and for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

IGOR VIĆENTIĆ PIANIST

Slovenian pianist Igor Vićentić studied in Ljubljana and at Trinity College in London. Because
of his musical variety, he regularly collaborates with opera singers, duo Silence, and other
artists. He also holds a position as a piano professor at the Music Conservatory in Ljubljana.
