I know I like to look at a lot of crazy stories in NASCAR, controversies, scary accidents, tragedies, and things like that. But this week, we’re going to take a step back into something a little more tame. So sit back and relax as we dive into NASCAR’s most boring New Hampshire race, ever.

Now, when you think of New Hampshire races, they’re not always the most exciting. A lot of them are pretty forgettable. I mean the races haven’t been too bad in recent years. Although some attributes of the track can be comparable to others, the flat onemile oval is pretty unique. It’s hosted many NASCAR races, hosting the Cup series since 1993. But one race sticks out from the others the 2000 Dura Lube 300. As many of you may recall, this is the race that Jeff Burton led every single lap in. So we’re going to dive into it.
