Since the dawn of red ball speedrunning, people have been looking for ways to defeat red ball's pseudoautoscroller, level 11. The level is extremely restrictive of red ball's movement, making it unlike any other level in the game, an unfortunate reality for red ball speedrunners. However, in 2020, a huge breakthrough was discovered in level 11 that saved over 7 seconds, in a world where mere fragments of a second being saved on any given level were a huge deal. This is the story of how this insane strategy became a reality. This is the story of sub 20 train.
