600 g of fresh or frozen forest mushrooms
1 liter of broth (vegetable, poultry, beef)
1 large onion
4 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots 220 g
3 cloves of garlic
a handful of fresh dill
2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil
23 tablespoons of wheat flour
4 tbsp cream 18%
spices and herbs: a teaspoon of marjoram, salt and pepper to taste
