Writing a letter to the Judge before Sentencing is critical. The letter should first and foremost talk about remorse. The judge wants to hear that you are sorry for your actions and that you understand the consequences of your actions and how you may have harmed others. He or she also want to hear that you have learned from your mistake and why you won't be back in this situation again.
