When most people arrive in Port aux Basques, Newfoundland via the ferry, they immediately go on the Trans Canada Highway and head North. This exposes them to all the warnings of moose while taking them to Corner Brook, Newfoundland. For me, I was advised by a good friend of mine (Ray) that I immediately head East towards Rose Blanche (Newfoundland). On the way, I drove by an absolutely stunning waterfall, Barachois Falls (Newfoundland) and had to pop in to see it So of course, that is what I did.
