RECIPES:
Ingredients (15 pieces)
For the syrup
400 g of sugar
400 ml of water
A little lemon juice
For the Dough
250 ml seed oil
50 g powdered sugar
150 ml of white wine
2 vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
500 g of all purpose flour
10 g of baking powder
Jam of our choice
Coconut
Method
Starting with the syrup, boil the sugar and water for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and flavor with lemon juice.
We continue with the dough. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in the oil and wine. Flavor with vanilla and zest.
Along the way, incorporate the flour and baking powder until the mixture becomes a dough.
When our dough is ready, we open 15 small leaves with our hands and fill them with jam of our choice.
We close them well and place it on a tray with nonstick paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius on the resistances, until golden brown.
SYRUP: While our sweets are hot, we syrup them with cold syrup.
Finally, leave for at least 6 hours and pass them through grated coconut.
