In this tutorial I will break up the kipup and teach you how to learn the kipup. The kipup is an awesome acrobatic skill by itself, but it also a great deal of carry over to other acrobatic skills, such as the bar kip, or front handspring variations and much more. To me, the kipup is a fundamental acrobatic skill that should be emphasised early on.
