Nobody goes to their favorite fast food restaurant for health food. Sure, you may sometimes order a salad or a diet soda, but going through the drivethru for a combo meal isn't about watching your waistline. It's about a craving. You know it's not particularly good for you; you just want it.

That said, some bad things are worse than others. So while just about any entree you order at a fastfood restaurant is bound to have some adverse health effects, every fastfood chain has an absolute worst item when it comes to calories, fat, sodium and/or sugar.
