Coach driver Paul Waplington, from Nottingham, greets all of his passengers in 25 different languages before they set off on their journey.

Paul has worked for Birminghambased rail and bus operator National Express for over 16 years. He has greeted thousands of passengers in his own special way.

Paul, said: "I see every customer as an individual and that's why I wanted to take the time out to learn their different languages.

People are amazed when I am able to greet them in their own language and I just love seeing the surprise on their faces."
