If you're buying a Home with a Septic system, you better do inspections! We will only sell a home after our buyer inspects it. Why??? There are several reasons we had a septic system cost 165,000 dollars to install. If it's less than 1 acre of ground, usually the only option is a Holding tank. A family of 4 will fill the tank in a week or 2. The cost to pump it out is around 200.00 Dollars best case would be an additional 400.00 a month on top of your mortgage payment. SHOULD YOU WAIVE YOUR INSPECTIONS?
