The biggest conflict in the wasteland is undoubtedly the multi year struggle between the burgeoning NCR, and savage Legion, dueling for the fate of the gem of the Mojave New Vegas, and its power house Hoover Dam. We look at the conflict, map the entirety of it and all the events that lead up to the start of the game, and then examine what an absolute victory scenario looks like for both the NCR and the Legion.
