Trained during the communist era to care for the nomads of the region, Aruinbold is the only one who agrees to go to these isolated places. His equipment is limited to a stethoscope and a blood pressure monitor, so he must borrow the tools necessary for his interventions, such as pliers to pull a tooth. Despite the harsh conditions, Aruinbold travels the snowcapped mountains on his little horse, going from yurt to yurt to provide medical care to the locals.
