Many of the Open World Racing games nowadays feel the same , not much innovation and mostly just retreading the same old formula, but that wasn't the case 12 years ago with Test Drive Unlimited 2, with many details to make the environment feel like a living, breathing world. Is this the true peak of the Open World Racing genre?
