I posted a teaser of this oven roasted plantain , fish and pepper sauce on my instagram and you guys wont let me rest with WHERE IS THE RECIPE ?? so here you go

INGREDIENTS
Plantains ( As many as you want )
150ml Palm oil ( you can adjust to your preference )
2 medium onions
120g Fresh tomato
40g Fresh pepper
1 1/2 TBS fish seasoning
2 TBS Suya spice ( you can also use dried pepper)
2 tsp dried thyme
1 cube builion
1 tsp salt ( or to tatse)
ROAST IN THE OVEN AT 350 DEGREE F FOR 30 40 MINUTES.
