LET'S RACE! in today's video, we're teaming up with Moza Racing and GT Omega to build a FULL Racing Sim Setup! Complete with a modular cockpit, direct drive wheelbase, racing seat, and more! The perfect sim rig for car enthusiasts? I think so! Now, where's those instructions?

As a car enthusiast and lover of racing games, I've been wanting to build a PROPER Sim Rig for a few years now. You know, the type that FEELS like the real deal in games like F1 (Formula 1), Forza Motorsport, Assetto Corsa, etc. I built my first beginner/budget sim Rig in 2020 and the addiction hasn't stopped. So today, we're taking things to the next level with a NEW sim racing cockpit and all NEW gear. With the help of Jimmy, we assemble the GT Omega Prime Lite Cockpit, RS12 Seat, and Prime Monitor Stand. From there, we install a FULL Moza Racing Sim Setup with the R12 Direct Drive Wheelbase, CRP Pedals, HGP Shifter, ES Wheel, and the KS GT Wheel.

Since switching to gaming on my new Sim racing PC build, that opened up a TON of options for some of the best sim racing gear in the market. Just like cars, if you choose the right platform, the mods can be endless! Moza Racing is a relatively new brand to the scene, but they're going toe to toe with competitors like Fanatec. GT Omega on the other hand has been around since 2009, producing some of the best modular cockpits out there.

My goal here was to see how good a proper Sim racing setup felt as someone who modifies cars to taste. Is it close to the real thing? Is it that much better than a budget setup? Well that, and to try and be in the next "Gran Turismo" movie, but that's besides the point :) After the install and the initial breakin, I give you my final thoughts and review of the Moza Racing gear and GT Omega cockpit. Hopefully, this video can help you out or gives some guidance on your own sim build. If you have any questions on the setup, I'm happy to answer them in the comments below!
