The Qabalistic Tree of life comes from mystic Judaism. The Tree of life illustrates how infinite living mind expresses creativity throughout the universe, through angels and on to human beings. Each of the tree’s branches (called sefirot) symbolize a different planet and different energy within the human energy body. Overseeing these energies are archangels. A different archangel oversees each sefirot. Working with archangels is much more powerful, precise and safe than working with raw planetary energies. For this reason, we work with archangels a lot. In the lesser pentagram rituals, we worked with elemental energy. In future rituals we’ll be working with planetary energies that correspond with the sefirots on the tree of life.
