With the possibility of either bad news or not great but manageable news looming in the next few weeks, I share my recent experiences and discoveries in learning the techniques and joys of drawing with dry pastels. I have near zero art experience but something in the imagining and creation of visual art pieces has helped me tremendously to get to the end of every day with some sense of contentment.

And as I often do, I stitched in some original music from Eric Elliot Lee. The 24 minute video time may seem long but the core of it is in the first 15 minutes and the remainder is explores one of Eric's more significant past creative projects.
