From the first to the last day of Nicolas Sarkozy's fiveyear term, the shadow of Libyan politician Muammar Kadhafi hovered. Thanks to previously unseen images and the testimonies of the players in this story, both on the Libyan and French sides, the documentary looks back on the extraordinary relationship that was established between Gaddafi and the former President of the Republic, and allows us to understand this which was really played out between the dictator and the former French head of state. A story that sheds new light on the personality of both, but also on their exercise of power.
