I have felt like a broken human for a great portion of my life. A form of traumatic event would happen that would then propel me into a cycle; break, fix, heal, repeat. This cycle has been a constant. I shamed myself for never being able to turn "healing" into "healed". But I now understand that the process of healing is not linear and it has no timeline. All I (and you) can do is show up for ourselves each day and have trust in the actions we are taking. Show empathy and love through your journey.
