The process of making puff yeast dough! It is very easy even for beginners.

A BRILLIANT baker taught me this technique of making yeast dough. Not many people know this process of making puff pastry! A simple and delicious recipe that anyone can prepare. Very tasty and very simple recipe. Cook with pleasure! Cook with love!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

400 ml of warm milk.
40 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix.
1 egg.
50 g melted butter.
Mix all ingredients.
Sift 550 g of flour (allpurpose).
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 200 g of flour (allpurpose flour).
Mix by hand.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Continue kneading the dough until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with foodgrade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 50 minutes.
50 minutes later.
The dough rose well, soft as a cloud.
The dough turned out to be incomparable.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide into 3 parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a size of 30*30 cm.
Grease the surface with soft butter.
Place a second piece of dough of the same size on top.
Grease the surface with soft butter.
Place another rolled out dough on top.
Repeat after me, it's very easy, even for beginners.
150 g raisins.
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
60 g butter.
Mix well.
Place the prepared filling.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Divide into 1012 parts.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the yolk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the prepared egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (374°F) for 3035 minutes.
All is ready.
