Most of us associate longhaul flights with widebody aircraft and since the introduction of the 747, this has largely been the case.

However, in recent years, we are beginning to see a shift.

Narrowbody aircraft are becoming increasingly capable of flying long distances, and with the convenience of point to point routes proving popular, for many airlines, longrange narrowbodies are the way forward.

This is the race for small.
