Nicola Marfleet has worked in prisons for over twentyfour years, and is currently the governor of HMP Woodhill. She is a Guest Lecturer at Leadership College London, and the author of Why Carry a Weapon?, a study of knife crime among young males aged 15 17. After working on the frontline of prisons for so long, she is wellversed in team dynamics, cultural change, leading under pressure and authentic service.
