In this recteq RTB380 Bullseye review, I go through my experience assembling, cooking on, and cleaning this pit. I've smoked pork butt, ribs, and wings, and everything has come out with a great smokey flavor. The ribs I smoked had great color and a deep smoke ring.

The standout cook on this pit was the chicken wings I smoked. Most pellet smokers don't produce much flavor at higher temperatures, but the recteq is the exception to this rule.

One downside of the bullseye is that there's no pellet dump feature.
