In this narrated overview I survey the Jewish religious climate of the Land of Israel in the time of Jesus, attempting to understand what one might call his "religion" as a Jew. He resists pigeonholing, but we can say quite a quite a bit about him, as well as John the Baptizer and his brother James, who spearheaded and led the movement for its first five decades.
