The most expensive date in the world is the Judean Date which was resurrected from the dead (literally) the Judean Date palm was extinct for over 1,500 years until now. So we went to the most southern part of Israel to interview Dr. Solowey and get a few dates to sample. We were so shocked that we've decided to run a blind tasting experiment to compare this date to the modern dates. The results are incredible!
