The Second Coming (also known as The Return of Christ Consciousness) is taking place within someone and the carrier is facing fear and doubt as to how to declare and justify this to themselves and to the world, much like Mary carried Jesus in her tummy, through the struggle of the shame and mystery of the immaculate conception, and the struggle of being denied a place to give birth. And yet, she still gave birth to Jesus, who lived and healed by the healing power channeled through him from God, who was able to prove that he was sent by God through his word and prophecy and the miracles he performed, and who gave up his life, for the healing of others, and who went on to promise his disciples that he would return.
