The Head Gamemaker and Secretary of Communications for District 13, Plutarch Heavensbee, will most likely be the main character in the next Hunger Games movie/book covering the 50th Games or Second Quarter Quell. The same games that Maysilee Donner and Haymitch Abernathy competed in 24 years before the events of Katniss Everdeen being really mad about everything. Heavensbee also makes an appearance in Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games (2012), The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 (2014), and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 (2015) and possibly, Sunrise on the Reaping (2026).
