This is a video about the science of seating, featuring someone far more qualified than I am to speak about the subject: Dr. Stuart McGill, Professor Emeritus of the University of Waterloo.

Dr. McGill is the world's eminent spine professor there is no dispute on that matter and it is a privilege for me to share this conversation with him with all of you.

By watching this video, you will learn about the principles behind sitting comfortably.
