Somaliland is located in northern Somalia but considers itself an independent country and has a government, president, flag, currency and passport. Somaliland is a country that does not exist from the point of view of the whole world and international organizations, and Somalia considers it part of its territory. Somaliland is located in northern Somalia on the coast of the Gulf of Aden and has informal political relations with Ethiopia, Djibouti, the United Kingdom, the Emirates, Kenya, Sweden, and America. All Arab countries refuse to recognize Somaliland or Somaliland, and no country on earth recognizes it yet. According to studies, Somaliland has large oil and petroleum reserves, but they are not yet exploited, and it owns the port of Berbera. Ethiopia agreed with Somaliland that Ethiopia would use the port of Berbera to rely on for its foreign trade, and in return, Ethiopia would be the first country in the world to recognize Somaliland.
