Midterm rentals (or mediumterm rentals) are a creative cross between a longterm rental and a shortterm rental. While guests in midterm rentals tend to stay for at least thirty days (like a regular rental property), it’s up to the hosts to furnish the rental unit and often pay for utilities (like a shortterm rental). Midterm rentals are a great way to extract more cash from a rental property without the headache of constant turnover.
