The secret to tenderizing tough meat! EGGPLANT AND MEAT! The result is a GORGEOUS DINNER..

Necessary materials:
For eggplant:
3 eggplants.
1 tablespoon of butter (40 grams).
1 tablespoon allpurpose flour (20 grams).
1/2 glass of milk (100 ml).
cheddar cheese (40 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (3 grams).

For meat:
beef (600 grams).
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (12 ml).
2 tablespoons of olive oil (12 ml).
1 tablespoon of starch (20 grams).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon of butter (40 grams).
1 onion.
2 red peppers.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and mix.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (12 ml).
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (12 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce (80 ml).
Parsley.
