Pang Gek Teng, more affectionately known as Gek, is the founder and CEO of Surrey Hills Grocer. I first knew about her when a Chef friends of mine told me that she's been putting her money where he mouth is, investing into young culinary talent which stood out to me in a F&B industry that has nominal margins and so I wanted to find out more... and boy did I find out more.
