Welcome onboard my return flight back from KochiNankoku on Shikoku Island back to Tokyo (Haneda) onboard All Nippon Airways B 7878 JA819A on this exceptionally scenic flight in the evening light of a beautiful sun set.

The aircraft was changed from preferred B 767381ER to the Dreamliner.

Consequently my favorite seat on the left hand side got assigned to another passenger.

I am not in particular a great fan of the Dreamliner, especially because producing good video footages is rather a challenge considering the higher and often misaligned window positions.

Since this flight was well booked, there was limited choice of window seats, mostly right above the wing.

However, the very attentive cabin crew noticed my “pain” and reseated me after take off to the bulk head seat 5A on the left side, which was not available during check in.

Thanks to the extraordinary crew I was able to film stunning footages in beautiful weather at take off in Kochi Ryoma Airport and stunning footages of a setting sun during approach and landing in midst of a thick layer of an isolated rain shower area with glimpses of the setting sun shining through the black clouds.
