Recipe and ingredients:

70 grams of sugar.
10 grams of dry yeast.
150 grams of wheat flour.
Mix well.
Make a hole for water.
150 ml of warm water.
150 ml of warm milk.
Mix until no lumps remain.
Leave for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
The yeast activated well.
Add 30 ml of vegetable oil.
1 egg + 1 egg white.
Mix until smooth.
Sift another 370 grams of flour.
6 grams of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
The dough should be a little soft.
Sprinkle your work surface with flour.
Continue kneading the dough on the table.
Knead into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Take one piece of dough.
Cut off a small piece of dough.
Form a small ball.
Sprinkle the board with flour.
Place the dough balls on the board.
Do the same with the second part of the dough.
If the dough sticks to your hands, work with flour.
Form all balls in the same way.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
300 grams of cottage cheese.
60 grams of powdered sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
1 egg.
Beat with a blender.
We will get a very tasty cottage cheese filling.
Roll out into a small ball.
Place in a muffin tray.
The diameter of the baking tin is 9 cm.
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
Roll into a tube.
Roll out the dough to a length of 45 cm.
Bent in half.
