Here's me playing the "largest" mod of The Simpsons Hit & Run (not created by me, but by Donut Team).

I beat all 7 (8 if you count the "tutorial" mission) of the primary missions on Hellfish difficulty. (FUN FACT: I haven't even tried it on Normal.)

The thing I don't like about this mod is the inconsistent difficulty. Sometimes one mission is hard, one is really hard, and then all of a sudden one of them is super easy. There are also sometimes unforgiving moments in these missions, such as new objectives that are harder than the one you have been struggling for about 15 minutes on.
