This is a 5 minute video of clips from the Centennial Trail of South Dakota to give an idea of what the trail looks like while hiking. These are views straight forward on the trail and don't include a lot of the iconic views of wildlife, Mount Rushmore, lakes, or other wonderful sights along the trail. The Centennial Trail is roughly 125 miles through the Black Hills of South Dakota and winds through various state and federal parks from Wind Cave National Park on the south end to Bear Butte State Park at the northern terminus. The logistics of this trail are fairly good making it a good option for thruhiking.
