Hello friends! I would like to share with you a recipe for healthy oatmeal cookies. I've been sugar free for almost a year now and if you've also given up sugar, this recipe is for you! Recipe:
Oat flakes 100 gr.
100 ml coconut milk.
Stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
2 bananas.
Knead it into a puree.
Walnuts 40 gr.
Dried cranberries 40 g.
Pumpkin seeds 30 g.
12 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix.
baking paper.
Spread the dough thinly on a baking tray.
Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
