This is a house I bought to flip a couple of months ago. It came with tenants who were already living there. We had not heard anything from them since we bought it and they never paid us any rent. We heard it might be vacant from a neighbor and the back door was open so I went in and saw they weren't living there but still had a ton of stuff in the home.

We rekeyed it and waited to see if they said anything. They did and wanted some stuff out of the house still. I let them back and this is what happened!
