Sadly our age can be characterized as the "age of subjectivity", of referencing to one's self, to their own personality, to their "ego". For the past century, this phenomenon of intense subjectivity has been supported unintentionally by ourselves and any actions taken by any state, either in the name of modernity or the absolute autonomy of the subject.

This devotion to subjectivity gives a new context into how we should handle this selfreference as well as how to approach the world in a more societal perception. This subjectivity many times lets a backdoor open to our egoism to insult our social awareness and as a result to drive us away from the Church's path. And this is why we should pay close attention to the treatment of this issue as well as the avoidance of "diversion" from the Body of the Church.
