The Thick of It (BBC 4) is a British television series created and directed by Armando Iannucci. It satirised the inner workings of Government and ran from 20052012, spanning four seasons and starring Peter Capaldi as the fictional Malcolm Tucker, infamous spin doctor and unlikely antihero.
