Paimon is one of Genshin Impact's most interesting characters due to the fact that her design alone tells entire stories on end. This video discusses Teyvat's longstanding struggle with water which is in turn heavily inspired by the legendary Flood Myths of the Ancient Near East around Mesopotamia and the Levant. It is worth noting that there is a lot more to say when it comes to Paimon, the moon, and fate... However, this video serves as a means for me to share a few fun ideas for now.
