We got the full Top Gun Experience visiting the ‪@navalmedicalcentersandiego9098‬ during our ‪@AOA1887‬ ‪@canadianorthopaedicassociation‬ North American Travelling Fellowship [NATF].

We had an incredible academic calendar with presentations and a competitive journal club, which was a first for many of us! We then had several once in a lifetime experiences, visiting several navy ships, including the USS Makin Island, USS Manchester and USS Abraham Lincoln. We then got to tour the BUDS/SEAL training facility and of course, what naval visit to San Diego would be complete without visiting the Top Gun Landmarks, including the Ibar and the Kansas City Barbeque.
