The battle between Monster and Bang Energy has gone on for several years now, but recently after several lost lawsuits, Bang has been hit with hundreds of millions of dollars in lawsuits causing them to file bankruptcy. Now that many things have transpired throughout the bankruptcy, the company has gone to auction and the highest bidder is currently Monster Energy... the company that bankrupt them.
