I had a very hard time recording this video because sharing your life with the world can either have its good effects or its bad side effect. I decided to tell my truth about my challenges with my career as a musician, the frustration that comes with setting up a dream and the question of “What happened to the dream I had ?” also how that frustration led to a chronic series depression on my part and how I needed the validation of people and friends to make me feel important and needed.
I understand that it is easy to smile and make everyone believe that everything is okay because like I said in this video, nobody knows what goes on in our heads and even though in this video I spoke about my own story and how family helped me get out of it to start believing in myself, I realized that all my stress and worries were all in my head but this does not excuse that we have a lot of people who have in one way or the other have lost their self believe in themselves or are broken because of a loss they have experienced or broken because they feel they have a failed dream… I recorded this video for every one of us who has in one way or the other have felt this way and this is why I also wrote “ADURA” which is my latest Single.
