Should you visit Ecuador? Is Ecuador too dangerous or can you travel there? Ecuador is, in my opinion, the most UNDERRATED travel location in South America. It's sheer beauty and diversity makes it a perfect travel destination. Its diverse landscape encompasses Amazon jungle, Andean highlands and the wildliferich Galápagos Islands. It even has ornate, Spanish colonial architecture in Quito and Cuenca!

I truly cannot recommend a visit to Ecuador enough. It was my favorite place in all of South America. So to help you out with your trip, I put together a 2week itinerary for Ecuador.
