My 5x5 Rust base design is a refreshing take on the known 5x5 bases in Rust.

It offers all the standards you'd need for an active wipe in Rust; widegaps, multitc's, disconnectable TC's, inner peekdowns, many bedrooms and much more. The best part of this base is that anyone can build it. This base is also the start of me focusing on common footprints for a bit. When it comes to build costs this is pretty much the cheapest you can go if you'd want a defendable group base with widegaps, multitc's and a good shooting floor. This is the perfect base for your 12 20+ man, depending on how active you play a wipe.
