It is low glycemic, alkalizing, low oxalate content, and contains healthy fats to bind to the fatsoluble vitamins. It also contains garlic, which is antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral in nature. I like to lean into this juice recipe when I am feeling a little under the weather or run down...what can I say, I am addicted to the savory perfection that the garlic adds to this juice.

1 cucumber
56 stalks of celery
a handful of parsley
1/2 of a green apple
1/2 of a lemon
1/2 clove of garlic
1/2 an avocado
