Requirements / Documents needed for Nigerian Passport Renewal in Ottawa, Canada
Printed copy of your passport interview invitation, this must be presented to the security official before entry into the Chancery.
Passport application form.
Payment slip and acknowledgement slip.
Your current epassport and photocopy of bio data page of epassport.
Two current passport photographs with white background.
A selfaddressed Canada post envelope, a REGIONAL ENVELOPE for those within Ontario and a NATIONAL ENVELOPE for those outside of Ontario.
Money order for the applicable administrative fees
